Dr. Kshawnda Frazier, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in advanced practice nursing and a focus on patient-centered care. She currently specializes in pain management, with an emphasis on holistic treatment approaches for individuals navigating chronic and acute pain. Her clinical background includes primary care, geriatrics, mental health, and weight management—enabling her to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care.
Dr. Frazier earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Herzing University. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and actively pursues continuing education to stay aligned with the latest evidence-based practices.
Her care philosophy is rooted in education, empowerment, and empathy. Dr. Frazier believes in meeting patients where they are and guiding them through individualized care plans designed to improve their overall quality of life.
She also brings academic experience as a former nursing faculty member and is an active member of both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Georgia Nurses Association (GNA).
Outside of her clinical role, Dr. Frazier enjoys mentoring, traveling, and participating in community outreach initiatives.
